Joined the Museum of the American Revolution (MOAR) as the Digital Product Manager. My role is to lead and manage all public-facing digital platforms, including websites, virtual museum, apps, Gateway ticketing eGalaxy webstore, digital signage, and in-gallery software.

Managed the digital rebrand of 15 different websites in different content management systems (CMS) Sitecore, WordPress, and hard coded websites.

Joined Virtua as the Web Lead

Joined Virtua as the Web Lead. Virtua Health is a non-profit healthcare system in southern New Jersey that operates a network of hospitals, surgery centers, physician practices, fitness centers, and more. Virtua was undergoing the acquisition of Lourdes Health System. I was hired as the Web Lead to lead and manage the digital strategy for the company's websites and migration. Lead and managed a marketing strategy for Virtua Health Systems' Sitecore website as well as 12 other websites.

Joined InfiniaSearch as a contractor to work for Vanguard

Worked as a contractor under Infinia Search for Vanguard as the Teamsite Website Administrator. It involved developing a strategy to expire and archive content webpages in Vanguard’s TeamSite Website.

The Cigna Global Health Benefits launches the Cigna Global Health Benefits new website for North America.

Project managed the launch of a new website for North America Cigna Global Health Benefits in Q1 of 2018.

The new website featured a responsive design, lead generation capabilities, a connection to Salesforce, Eloqua, and Adobe Analytics, audience specific sections (broker, client, customer, provider), and keyword rich content.

Joined Cigna Global Health Benefits as the Digital Marketing Specialist

Joined Cigna Global Health Benefits as the Digital Marketing Specialist for North America.

My role involved develop, manage, and maintain the websites of Cigna Global Health Benefits (CGHB), North America. My role also included digital analytics optimization, telemedicine app strategy, email marketing, and other digital ventures.In addition, I partnered with owners of digital platforms to ensure timely and accurate messaging, and provide critical collaboration.

Upon my arrival, I started working on the Cigna Wellbeing App marketing campaigns and analytics for North America and other international regions. The Cigna Wellbeing app is an app that provides telemedicine (telehealth) to people around the world.

August 2016

The Franklin Institute launched its first native app

Project managed the creation, development, & launch of the native Franklin Institute app for iOs & Android devices.

The app included turn-by-turn directions, virtual reality (VR) content for stereoscopic use or non-vr headset use, a digital membership card, a daily schedule list of programming and movies, permanent and traveling exhibit content, a streamlined ticketing purchase experience, an easy way to pull up past tickets, information about parking, food, & a geofenced homepage for onsite and offsite users.

Post launch, I worked promoting the app and the campaign was successful with over 19,000 downloads of the app on the Apple Store or Google Play Store.

The app won a 2017 Communicator Awards for Excellence in Integrated Mobile Features Science & VR Mobile Apps & Excellence in Mobile Cultural Institutions, Science and VR Mobile Apps. The app also won an Interactive Award for Best in Class Award: Museum & Best in Class Award: Science/Technology.

July 2015

Promoted to Senior Producer, Digital Media at The Franklin Institute

Managed & executed The Franklin Institute’s website Drupal content management system (CMS) & increased traffic to the website through search engine optimization and Adwords, content marketing, creating editorial content, web development, & Google Grants.

The website traffic increased from January to June 2014 to 2017 by 71.02% (sessions) and 63.48% (pageviews). The website traffic increased from 2014 to 2016 by 46.75% (sessions) and 71.82% (pageviews).

The website won a couple 2017 Communicator Awards for Excellence in General Education Website & Distinction in Cultural Institution Website.

Mid 2013

Joined Comly Auctioneers & Appraisers as the Marketing Manger

My responsibilities included rebranding the company, developing and designing a new website, developing and implementing a Search Engine Optimization strategy, creating a social media strategy with Facebook, LinkedIn, Google+, and Twitter, copywriting and developing website content, printed collateral, web ads, Google Adwords campaigns, Facebook and LinkedIn advertisements, tracking and analyzing all marketing campaigns and advertisements, redesigning emails to be optimized for mobile devices.

My sucesses included:

  • Increased the company's website traffic by 3,744% (179 to 6,702 web page views per month)
  • Created customized email subscriptions and designed related mobile-friendly emails with open rates around 28%
  • More than sextupled social media followers/likes on Facebook (391 to 3893), LinkedIn (14 to 99), and Twitter followers (100 to 881)
  • Began Facebook customer engagement campaign averaging 1,249 customers per month
  • Created Google Adwords advertisements with 3.62% CTR and high impressions
  • Designed and implemented landing pages to track effectiveness of printed material
  • Managed and created budgets of $2,500 + per month
  • Cut costs of more than $2,700 per month by disengaging un- or under-performing marketing efforts

Beginning of 2013

CenTrak launched an RTLS app for Apple and Android devices

Projected managed the launch and changes of the app with teams in North American and in India. This was CenTrak's first native app in the App Store and Google Play Store.

Joined Pennsylvania Health System as a Marketing Intern

Developed a brand using an integrated multimedia campaign strategy including developing copy, graphics, events, ads, and email blasts. Revamped the website to showcase published research articles to enhance credibility. Created a new database system for patient archives and medical queries.

Joined Pennsylvania State University as a Consumer Behavior Lab Research Assistant

Pennsylvania State’s Marketing Research Department needed new Consumer Behavior Lab Research Assistants, who had a professional demeanor, exemplified marketing astuteness, and could be trusted with confidential information. I was hired to work with both professors and graduate students who were conducting various marketing research studies to ensure their studies were controlled environments. I aided the researchers in their experiments, which resulted in new publications in marketing research magazines.

PSUKnow How as an Accounting and Finance Tutor

PsuKnowHow is a private tutoring firm that sought tutors with high understanding of different fields; unfortunately, the organization did not have Finance or an Accounting tutor. I was brought on as an Accounting tutor to develop tailored lesson plans and help each student with various problems. I kept a steady flow of students who improved their Accounting grades and study habits after my tutor sessions.

The hours were demanding for a tutoring having to work a minimum hours and be on call all of the time. Maintaining a level of excellence with school and dedication to my clients(students), I became highly skilled at time and project management.

Joined Pennsylvania State University as an Accounting Tutor

Pennsylvania State students struggled every semester with Accounting. They had a hard time understanding fundamental concepts, understanding implementation of concepts, and studying for exams. Pennsylvania State University hired me after a recommendation from my Accounting Professor to be the Accounting Tutor for the school. I met with fellow students, diagnosed their issues that they were having with the material, and created tailored plans to help them succeed.
