I’m a digital marketing strategist, a coder, a designer, a photographer, and an analyst. I am passionate about developing and executing digital strategies including websites, apps, design, and photography.
My experience spans working at University of Pennsylvania Health Care System, CenTrak (a high-tech company), Comly Auctioneers and Appraisers (an auction house), The Franklin Institute (a science-based museum), Cigna (a global healthcare company), Infinia Search (which is contracted by Vanguard, an investment company), Virtua Health (a non-profit health system), and most recently at the Museum of the American Revolution. Even though these companies are diverse, the roles have a common thread of digital marketing.
My passion for marketing began at Central High school and materialized in college. I graduated from Pennsylvania State University a year early with a Marketing B.S. degree with a minor in International Business with a 3.94 GPA while working two jobs as a Finance and Accounting Tutor and a Consumer Behavior Research Assistant. Once I graduated, I realized that there was a technical gap in the marketing field and I decided to fill that technical gap. I enrolled at The University of the Arts (UArts) to learn how to code websites and to learn how they work. I spent four years learning how to code websites from scratch while maintaining a full time job. Once I received my coding certificate, I wanted to learn about design theory. I reenrolled at UArts to learn the psychological aspects of color, user interface (UI), and user experience (UX); I graduated with a communication certificate.
I utilize my educational background in marketing, coding, and design and my analytical on-the-job experience to ignite holistic strategies and solve omnichannel problems. I have maintained a holistic strategic approach to understanding the marketing of international and domestic websites and apps through coding, design, content management systems (CMS), search engine optimization (SEO), and analytics. I have also managed the creation and execution of websites, apps, digital asset management systems, VR experiences, Turn-By-Turn Direction Tours using beacon technology, analytical reporting, emails, and social media accounts.

Project managed the creation, development, & launch of the native Franklin Institute app for iOS & Android devices. The app included turn-by-turn directions, virtual reality (VR) content for stereoscopic use or non-vr headset use, a digital membership card, a daily schedule list of programming and movies, permanent and traveling exhibit content, a streamlined ticketing purchase experience, an easy way to pull up past tickets, information about parking, food, & a geofenced homepage for onsite and offsite users. After launch, I worked promoting the app and the campaign was successful with over 19,000 downloads. The Franklin Institute app is available on the Apple Store or Google Play Store. The app won a 2017 Communicator Awards for Excellence in Integrated Mobile Features Science & VR Mobile Apps & Excellence in Mobile Cultural Institutions, Science and VR Mobile Apps. The app also won an Interactive Award for Best in Class Award: Museum & Best in Class Award: Science/Technology.
Managed & executed The Franklin Institute’s website content management system (CMS) and increased traffic to the website through search engine optimization and Adwords, content marketing, creating editorial content, web development, and Google Grants. The website traffic increased by 71.02% (sessions) and 63.48% (pageviews) when comparing January to June 2014 to January to June 2017. The website traffic increased from 2014 to 2016 by 46.75% (sessions) and 71.82% (pageviews). The website won a couple of awards including 2017 Communicator Awards for Excellence in General Education Website & Distinction in Cultural Institution Website.
